Rousseau Construction

The Rousseau Standard.

Rousseau is a Miami-based luxury custom home builder, with a full-service platform that includes ground-up construction, renovations, interior design, and development, all under one roof. Every project runs through careful pre-construction planning, transparent pricing, and hands-on leadership. We deliver on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. From the first conversation through the final walkthrough, we pride ourselves on being extremely accessible through every phase of the build, and long after the home is delivered.

Rousseau is family-built. Every project carries our name, and we treat it that way. Learn More About Us

From Our Clients
The homes we’ve built, in the words of
the people who live in them.
My wife and I were just talking about what an amazing job you guys did on this house. Joe and Jim answered our calls every time we called and addressed all of our issues and concerns. Joe was heavily involved throughout the whole build, completely transparent and super trustworthy the entire time. Jim was beyond amazing, he really took ownership in the project and was truly vested in the build and was available 24/7. We enjoyed the process so much that we’re already looking for another lot to build again with Rousseau, we learned so much along the way. Thank you!

Choosing Rousseau Construction was the best decision I could have made. Being in the business myself, I can say they are true professionals. Making decisions and resolving issues together was seamless. Joe’s attention to detail is second to none. Two years later, Joe still picks up your calls and is there for you. Who does that?
Hershman Coral Gables Custom Home
Rousseau Construction handled our custom home build in Gables by the Sea and we are so happy we chose them. The team’s attention to detail was impressive, and our home came out even better than the renderings! They made us feel like we were the only client they were building for and were always available. They were informative and proactive through every step of the process, and we really enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend!
Private Client Gables by the Sea Custom Home
Joe and Regina are such an amazing team. They renovated my Grove Isle condominium from start to finish, and they knew exactly how to get through the board approvals. Regina handled all of the interior design and completely transformed the space, while Joe and his team executed the construction seamlessly. The entire team was always available and a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with how our condo turned out.
